Tony Yu

Tony Yu, Managing Director and co-founder of Queue Associates Worldwide China Ltd. Tony has over 25 years experience in information technology, software development and implementation. Tony is a Microsoft Business Solution Certified Master with over 20 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics. Prior founding Queue, Tony was a regional IT manager of a Finnish based global company responsible for Greater China IT operation with 10+ offices in the region. Tony graduated in University of Sheffield (UK) with M.Sc in Software System Technology.

Wai Po

Wai graduated with a PhD. Degree in Economics from UCLA and is certified in .Net Programming, in addition to having deep knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM, and has 20 years experience implementing software programs in education and financial sectors. Wai is proficient in database design and has in-depth knowledge of Microsoft-based web technologies including ASP.NET, Web Service, MVC, and Web API.  In  addition, has extensive experience in Dynamics CRM customization including customizing forms and entities; creating dashboards, workflows, and custom reports; and extending CRM functionality using CRM SDK and third-party add-on tools, and has expertise in performing data integration between Dynamics CRM and external systems.

Jeffrey Goldstein, Managing Director

Jeffrey Goldstein, Managing Director of Queue Associates, founded the company in 1992. Jeffrey served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Queue before becoming the President in June of 1999. Jeffrey has over 30 years of experience in information technology. Prior to founding Queue, Jeff was a Senior Computer Consultant at Gotham Computer Services and provided consulting services to a variety of manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and financial services organisations. Jeffrey is a Microsoft Dynamics SL/Solomon Certified System Engineer, a Solomon Certified Customisation Programmer, and is a member of the Independent Computer Consultants Association (ICCA). Jeff received a BBA in Management Information Systems from PACE University and an MBA in Management Science from IONA College.

Jeffrey is currently President of the United States Chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP), a board member on the International Board of Directors and a member of the Voices for Innovation Advisory Task Force (Learn more here.)

Raymond Gnall, Vice President, Operations

Raymond Gnall is Vice President of Operations at Queue Associates, and has been an Officer at Queue since 1993. As Vice President of Operations, Raymond manages Professional Services, Product Development, Programming, and Implementation. Prior to joining Queue, Raymond was Director of Operations at Nationwide Power Corporation, and Director of MIS at Rosenblatt, Slavet, Radezky, P.C. He is a CPA and is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA, the Project Management Institute, and the Institute of Management Accountants. Raymond has a BS in Psychology from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from Pace University where he had a double major in Finance and Accounting. Raymond is a Solomon Certified Financial Expert.
